APAR status

Error description

• MQI call fails with reason 2195 and FFST is generated
  when the queue manager fails.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• A class of internal errors specific to guardian bindings was not
  evaluated when handling errors causing the executionof the
  default error path.
  

Problem conclusion

• The list of expected reason codes has been extended to catch the
  missing ones.
  This will prevent the creation of the FFST entry and the
  expected reason code is now MQRC_CONNECTION_BROKEN.

  The fix is targeted for delivery in maintenance level 8.1.0.25
  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
