Error description

• The fix was created to handle the HATS1004 error that is being
  encountered when customer encountered a Busy Page Error

  Issue recreation:
  1.Create a project.
  2.Enable token-based protection in project settings - other.
  3.Access the application continuously to show busy page.
  4.HATS 1004 error is shown after we click refresh button in busy
  page.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes has been done to address this issue.
