IT45909: MQSICREATEBAR FAILS TO USE JAVA 8 FOR COMPILING APPLICATIONS

Error description

• Mqsicreatebar command uses Java 11 by default to compile
  applications. For the applications which have dependency on Java
  8 classes, the mqsicreatebar command execution fails with the
  below exception.
  ```
  Workspace has errors on it after the build. In order to create
  bar there should be no errors on the workspace.
  Problem markers list from the workspace:
         Problem 1: Resource -
  /AppWIthJava8Java/FlowWithJava8_JavaCompute.java; Error message
  - The import com.sun.xml.internal.messaging cannot be resolved.
         Problem 2: Resource -
  /AppWIthJava8Java/FlowWithJava8_JavaCompute.java; Error message
  - The import com.sun.xml.internal.messaging cannot be resolved.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using the mqsicreatebar command, if the application relies
  on Java 8, user might encounter compilation failures. This issue
  arises because mqsicreatebar defaults to using Java 11 instead
  of Java 8.
  

Problem conclusion

• The mqsicreatebar command uses Java 8 by default instead of Java
  11. A new command line option is provided to choose the JDK for
  compiling using the -JDKCompilerVersion flag with mqsicreatebar
  command.
