IT45825: RESTORE VM FAILS WITH ERROR ANS2147E WHEN VM DELETION IS ONGOINGAND "REPLACE=YES" IS USED

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Just after performing a deletion of a large Virtual Machine
  (VM), the restore operation of the same VM using option
  replace=yes fails with error message
  "ANS2147E The virtual machine named 'VM_name' already exists on
  the target system".
  
  
  This can also be seen when performing the restore operation
  through the IBM Spectrum Protect vCenter plugin when option
  "Replace virtual machine resources" is selected for restore.
  
  This occurs because the original VM is still under the deletion
  process and the restore launches as soon as the command is sent
  and doesn't wait till this process has finished.

Local fix

• Wait till the completion of the deletion process is confirmed on
  the vCenter side, then run the restore again.
