Error description

• This modification will:
  
  1. Update to latest Debezium driver to 2.5.2.Final
  
  2. Add in support for Oracle (new PDB parameter in Policy)
  
  3. Improve thread safety between Debezium engine and Message
  Flow instances
  
  4. Reduce overhead of the ChangeDataCapture node

  ChangeDataCapture (CDC) Node
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The ChangeDataCapture (CDC) Node does not support Oracle
  databases.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ChangeDataCapture (CDC) Node now supports Oracle databases.
