APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When running browser in any language other than English,
    clicking Approve in Configuration -> Call Home Storage Systems ,
    Declines the request to add storage device via Cloud Call Home
    in Storage Insights.
    When right clicking on the already declined device and trying to
    click on Approve, nothing happens and the device stay as
    declined.
    

Local fix

  • Go to Insights > Advisor to view and approve the recommendation
    regarding Cloud Call Home device request to be added into
    Storage Insights.
