Error description

• WMQIStatisticsAccounting.MessageFlow.NumberOfThreadsInPool can
  sometimes show inaccurate value when using Node Thread Pools.
  This happens when the first thread is dispatched to run which
  calculates this value for the flow but at the same time, the
  thread pool value for each Input node is still being calculated.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The MessageFlow.NumberOfThreadsInPool metric of Statistics and
  Accounting, can sometimes show inaccurate value when using Node
  level Thread Pools. This happens when the first thread is
  dispatched to run, which calculates this value for the flow but
  at the same time, the thread pool value for each Input node is
  still being calculated. This timing window causes this metric to
  show incorrect value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Product has been modified to calculate and report this value
  correctly.
