• Applications with outstanding setsignal request not notified.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• IBM MQ v8.1.0.15 introduced a regression due to APAR IT43616
  causing signals not being sent to waiting applications under
  certain sequences of receiving new requests and replies of
  sent out notifications.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to that the amqssmgr process
  keeps a more detailed state machine about outstanding requests
  and sent signals.

  The fix is targeted for delivery in maintenance level 8.1.0.20
  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
