APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The scheduled and manual "Audit Container" operations will be
  "Pending Approval" even with admins with system privilege with
  Command Approval ON, but APPROVERREQUIRESAPROVAL set to OFF.
  Audit container goes to Pending approval on the behaviors below:
  
  Scheduled Audit Container command;
  Scheduled script with Audit Container command;
  Manual script with Audit Container command;
  

Local fix

• Run the "Audit Container" command using the command line or via
  the Macro.

• This problem was fixed. CmdApprover flag was set correctly for
