Error description

• The collector node may throw the Structure id mismatch at
  offset Error while decoding the structure id for an incoming
  message when it tries to parse the associated MQMD Header using
  the message bodys CCSID.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The collector node may throw an error "Structure id mismatch at
  offset"  while decoding the structure id for an incoming
  message when it tries to parse the associated MQMD Header using
  the message body CCSID.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified by introducing an environment
  variable MQSI_COLLECTOR_MQMD_CCSID which when set to 'true' or
  any non-null value, the collector node will parse the MQMD
  header using the Queue Manager's CCSID, otherwise it will use
  the Message body's CCSID.
