Error description

• When a couple of offload copies to Azure cloud are failing, it
  might happen that
  
  the objects uploaded being failed are not properly cleaned up
  and
  
  the maintenance session is stuck in the PENDING state.
  
  
  The issue has been seen on Azure could only and does not
  affect IBM Spectrum Protect
  
  or other cloud providers.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.16 and earlier did not pass
  correctly-formatted parameters when deleting Azure cloud offload
  objects and did not handle an Azure-specific error condition
  during vSnap maintenance tasks, which caused the vSnap
  maintenance tasks to fail or hang in a pending state. In IBM
  Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.16.1 and 10.1.17, these issues have
  been corrected, resulting in vSnap cloud maintenance tasks for
  Azure cloud endpoints to successfully complete.
