Error description

• After the Storage Insights production deployment in
  January 2024, the following alert triggered with a
  condition of "Error" or "Not Successful":
  
  Storage System Performance Monitor Status
  
  There are a few causes of this which may result in
  performance monitor to go to error for a short period of time,
  such as:
  Deployment and subsequent data collector upgrade could have
  caused some performance samples to be missed, or intermittent
  connectivity between the data collector and storage device may
  cause some performance samples to be missed.
  
  When reviewed, the subsequent performance data collection
  had resumed successfully:
  
  Data Collection Status: Running
  Probe Status: Successful
  Performance Monitor Status: Running
  

Local fix

• Add 30 minute delay/check to confirm condition remains before
  sending alert.
