Error description

• When IBM Storage Insights monitors Spectrum Scale devices
  there is a hardcoded time-out value, which may not be long
  enough for very large Scale devices.
  
  A new properties setting in the Data Collector with an
  adjustable time-out value will be added to allow the
  modification
  of the time-out.
  
  scale_device_timeout=2000
  This will be the new time out attribute for Scale devices.
