  Platforms affected:
  Linux on x86-64 platform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqsicreatebar command is not working on Linux and Mac.
  The error message for Linux is:
  Mqsicreatebar:
  The Mqsicreatebar executable launcher was unable to locate its
  companion launcher jar.
  
  The error on Mac is:
  Mqsicreatebar:
  A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK)
  must be available in order to run Mqsicreatebar. No Java virtual
  machine
  was found after searching the following locations:
  ../../../../common/java11/lib/jli/libjli.dylib
  

Problem conclusion

• The mqsicreatebar command now works on Linux and Mac.
