Error description

• When the report VM Backup Utilization in IBM Spectrum Protect
  Plus is created, the option "Use storage utilization as base
  backup value" is not honored.
  
  Selecting Yes or No generates the same report output, which is

Problem conclusion

• Before IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.16, the VM Backup
  Utilization report incorrectly reported the total, utilized, and
  backup sizes. This bug has been resolved in IBM Spectrum Protect
  Plus 10.1.16, and the total, utilized, and backup sizes are now
  reported correctly.
