Error description

• The process name of the EMS collector can be $0.
  It's currently not possible to define $0 as EMS collector with
  runnscnf (variable MQEMSCOLLECTOR).
  The resulting error is:
  NSCNF>set MQEMSCOLLECTOR $0
  *** Error: $0 is not an appropriate value for property
  MQEMSCOLLECTOR of object in class QueueManager
  *** Explanation: Volume name must start with letter
  

Local fix

• The value can be defined on the command line
  (strmqm environment):
  Under OSS for instance:
  $ export MQEMSCOLLECTOR='$0'
  

Problem summary

• The syntax check has been fixed in runnscnf.
