IT45082: THE HATS LICENCE PARAMETER "LICENSEHARDLIMIT= VALUE IS MISSING.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer reported that the runtime.properties file
  "licensehardLimit="  parameter value is missing.
  
  This is causing their HATS application to be usable up to
  maximum of two sessions only.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround customer needs to copy over from a known good
  runtime.properties file.
  
  The Customers needs to copy this file across all servers in
  order to temporary fix the issue.

  Steps to recreate the problem:
  1. Create a project and Export EAR.
  2. Deploy EAR on WASND where cluster should have more than one
  server.
  3. runtime.properties file is getting updated continuously.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to address this issue in HATS.
  

Temporary fix

• As a workaround find and copy a known good runtime.properties
  file.
  Then copy this file across all servers in order to temporary fix
  the issue.
