Error description

• REST API resource path validation does not allow path templating
  of the format "/report.{format}"
  When a REST API containing resource path of the format
  "/report.{format}" is imported into the toolkit, the following
  error can be observed :
  ```
  Path segments must be separated by a slash (/). Use curly braces
  ({...}) to mark a segment, or a section of a segment, as a
  replaceable path parameter
  ```

• The product has been modified such that REST API resource path
  validation allows path templating of the format
  "/report.{format}"
