IT44962: OAI YAML WITHOUT COMPONENTS SECTION CAUSES 'TYPEERROR: CANNOT READ PROPERTIES OF UNDEFINED (READING 'SCHEMAS')'

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrade from v10.0.1.11 to v10.0.5.5 (OCP), they are
  missing APIs in the DP v10.5.0.8(IDG) apicollection, apicops
  shows gateways are insync(online_configured) so performed a DRR,
  collected gwd-log and I see the below error for some of the
  missing APIs:

• The api does not have a schemas section underneath the
  components section.  The customer should change their yaml to
  have a schemas section.
