Error description
TLS profiles admin state shown as "Down" as the TLS objects are setting themselves up with an invalid state during Commit or CommitReference and that prevents the object from coming up. The issue seems to happen when updating TLS profiles used by the gateway/during a manual reboot/restart or after a firmware upgrade.
Local fix
Manually toggling the admin-state of the TLS objects can temporarily resolve this issue.
