Error description

• The transaction monitoring events are not generated for a
  subflow-driven message flow with monitoring configured using a
  monitoring profile where the event source address is set to
  'transaction.all' .

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 who uses
  monitoring profiles

  z/OS, MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A message flow configured with monitoring profile and event
  source address set to 'transaction.all' is expected to emit
  transaction start/end/rollback events for all input nodes in the
  flow. However, it has been observed that monitoring events are
  not generated for subflow-driven flows.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified so that events will now be
  generated successfully for subflow-driven flows.
