Error description

  • Error Description:
    IBM Storage Protect backup-archive client does not recognize a
    sparse file without any allocated data, as a sparse file.
    It affects the client behavior which determines if a file should
    be backup.
    
    Affected files may be identified using the fsutil command.
    It shows the results of such file as below.
    - fsutil sparse queryFlag <filename> tells the file is set to
    a sparse file.
    - fsutil sparse queryrange <filename> returns no allocated
    ranges for this file.
    
    IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
    IBM Storage Protect backup-archive client 8.1 on Windows
    platform
