Problem conclusion
In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus before 10.1.15.3, if the Virgo log had rotated (where the earliest timestamp in the Virgo log was after the end of a job's completion time), the virgo/ directory was missing in a job's log download. In IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.15.3, the virgo/ directory is now included, which has an empty Virgo log and a populated log that records that no Virgo logs could be found for the job (a parser log that states that the earliest timestamp in the Virgo is after the job's completion time).
