  MQSI_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_DIR is set

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All user of App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12  using
  environment variable MQSI_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_DIR to redirect
  stdout/stderr to a different location
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Setting MQSI_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_DIR  to a location directory does
  not result in stdout/stderr logging to a file in the specified
  location.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product now redirects stderr/stdout to an auto generated file at
  the location specified by environment variable
  MQSI_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_DIR.
