Error description

• When importing an LDAP certificate through the CDM Admin
  Console, the task fails with no such file or directory,
  specifically stating the following error: "/bin/sh:
  /usr/lib/jvm/jre/bin/keytool: No such file or directory"
  
  Affeceted. levels: IBM Storage Copy Data Management (SCDM)
  2.2.21
  

Local fix

• To resolve this issue complete the following steps:
  1) Take a snapshot of the appliance through vCenter.
  2) After taking a snapshot, SSH into the SCDM appliance as the
  root user and enter the following command: rm -rf
  /usr/lib/jvm/jre
  3) In the terminal, create a link by using the ln command: ln -s
  /opt/ibm/java-x86_64-80/jre /usr/lib/jvm/jre
  4) Finally, reboot the SCDM appliance.

Problem conclusion

• When customer tries to import LDAP certificate via IBM Storage
  Copy Data Management admin console, it fails to do so. The root
  cause of this issue is  identified and fixed.
