IT44594: HOD USAGE ISSUES WITH CERTIFICATE POPUP MESSAGES

Error description

• (1)
  The first  first popup should e removed and show, instead, the
  subsequent popup
  (2)
  The screen for the choose client certificate tends to hang
  around but it is normally invisible unless you hover over the
  session in the taskbar.

  Issue 1.
  When the user selects the Telnet-TLS option and starts the
  session, we see a ECL0021 popup stating "Server may request a
  client certificate". This popup is not required as the next
  prompt window will appear requesting the certificate selection
  choice.
  .
  Issue 2.
  The Server Requesting certificate popup appears broken of
  incomplete.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to fix these issues.
