Error description

• Storage Insights is not generating an alert when an operation
  completes as "Not Successful" even when an alert policy is
  configured with the condition "Not Successful".  There is no
  alert when an operation does not complete successfully or
  without error, such as Task Expired.When an alert is configured
  with the criteria of "Not Successful", an alert should be
  generated when such condition occurs, such as when configured
  for "Performance Monitor Status" or "Probe Status" resulting in
  a "Not Successful" status.Example of this would be creating an
  alert for "Performance Monitor Status" with a status condition
  of "Not Successful".  If the performance monitor status results
  in Task Expired an alert should be triggered.
