Error description
A secure restore replaces the complete configuration. When the package from the secure-backup is not the same tenant on the same appliance, the configurations of the management interfaces do not match between those defined on the landlord and those configured on the tenant.
Local fix
On 10.5 only the webGUI has this issue; use the new UI as a workaround.

The tenant management interface might not be accessible after a secure restore.
