IT44461: DATAPOWER MIGHT RESTART WHEN GENERATING ERROR REPORT ON STARTUP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DataPower might restart when generating an error report
  on-startup, causing any future error reports to not be
  generated, as the first error report did not complete.
  When manually requesting an error report, you will see the
  following error message "Error Report failed creation for
  'temporary:///error-report.txt.gz': previous error report
  generation failed".
  

Local fix

• Set the following in "Failure Notification" settings :
  
  
  Always on Startup = OFF
  
  Upload Error Report = OFF
  
  
  Then save the config and reboot.
