Error description

• Setting the com.ibm.mq.MQXR.Workers property in the
  amqp_unix.properties or amqp_win.properties configuration file
  does not affect the behaviour of the AMQP listener

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A coding error meant that the value of the
  com.ibm.mq.MQXR.Workers property was not read from the
  configuration file when the AMQP listener started.
  

Problem conclusion

• The AMQP listener code has been updated to set the number of
  Server Worker threads according to the tuning property
  com.ibm.mq.MQXR.Workers in the configuration file.
