Error description

• When MFT Agent is started with -F option can see blank lines
  written to console/job control log.  The number of blanks lines
  increases with every transfer request to the agent.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If an MFT Agent is started with the -F parameter (this parameter
  runs the agent daemon as a foreground process) this will result
  in additional empty lines being written to the console/Job
  Control Log.
  
  Example:
  BFGAG0059I: The agent has been successfully started.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
   BFGAG0085I: An operator request to immediately shut down this
  agent is being processed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been update to prevent the output of these blank
  lines on the agent console and Job Control Log.
