Error description

• In the MQ Appliance 9.3 web console, when you navigate to
  Administration > Access > User Group and proceed to build an
  access profile, the drop-down list does not include entries for
  resource types that are specific to MQ. The missing sections are
  MQ Configuration and MQ.

• Use the CLI to create or modify MQ related access profiles:
  For example:
