• Event gatherer treats utf8 input string as a normal single byte
  string.  As a result, the input string is utf8 encoded again.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The product's event gatherer treats utf8 data input string as a
  normal single byte string.  As a result, the input string is
  utf8 encoded again.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product's event gather now handles it json utf8 input string
  correctly.
