APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After selecting to collect and upload system logs for a storage
    device to a support case, Storage Insights shows successful
    completion for the task.  However, the logs were never uploaded
    to the support case.
    
    dcm error UPLOAD_SYSTEM_LOGS No primary collector found for
    device <system_uuid> on tenant <tenant_uuid>. Can't start task.
    
    tcks info Update ticket returning with status SUCCESS
    
    tcks info Device log collection returning with status. SUCCESS
    
    tcks info Ticket <ticket_#> Ticket update request submitted
    successfully.
    

Local fix

  • None.  Collect and upload logs directly from the storage device.
