Error description

  • If an HTTPRequest node is configured with TLSv1.3 and if the
    connected service is not responding, then the node may takes
    double to the value configured as the request timeout to come
    out and throw the error message.

    All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12.0 using the <span
    style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">HTTPRequest
    </span>or SOAPRequest node with TLSv1.3 protocol.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    If the HTTPRequest node is configured with TLSv1.3 and the
    connected WebService is not responding, the node may take twice
    the value configured as the request timeout to finish its
    execution and throw the timed out error message.
