Error description

• mqsilist command using tcpip protocol fails if user password has
  @ in it. @ is delimiter used for hostname
  

Local fix

• Use user whose password does not had @ in it.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqsilist command with URI of following format
  tcp://[<user>[:<password>]@]<host>:<port>
  fails if user's password contains '@' character.  The '@'
  character is used as delimiter for determining hostname, if it
  is used as a character in user password then hostname is
  incorrectly determined which results in mqsilist command
  failing.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product now allows '@' character in user's password who is
  running mqsilist command.
