Error description

• On date/time conversions when the locale is set to en_AU or
  en_GB, the abbreviated MMM forms for June and July is not
  correctly converted and is shown as June and July itself instead
  of "Jun" and "Jul".

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12 using en_GB (English
  UK) or en_AU (English Australia) locales.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  App Connect Enterprise uses ICU to format dates and times
  according to the Unicode CLDR definitions. In newer ICU versions
  the abbreviation for June and  July in the en_GB and en_AU
  locales was changed to 'June' and 'July' from 'Jun' and 'Jul.
  The additional length of this string can cause compatibility
  problems for applications expecting a 3 character abbreviation
  or expecting month format in MMM.
  

Problem conclusion

• In addition to this Apar,  the user will require to set an
  environment variable MQSI_LOCALE_COMPATIBILITY to 1 which will
  allow  App Connect Enterprise to replace the string 'Jun' and
  'Jul' with 'June' and 'July' when formatting abbreviated dates.
  This can be used when the customer is using en_GB or en_AU
  locales.
