Error description

• If a service has the probe enabled and a rule in the service has
  an error due to misconfiguration such as a non-existant context
  being used then the device might restart.
  An error such as this may be seen:

   does not exist.

• Ensure the multistep rules do not have any configuration errors.
  

Problem summary

• If a Datapower service has the probe enabled and a rule in the
  service has an error due to misconfiguration such as a
  non-existant context being used then the device might restart
  when sending requests.
