IT44250: MAINTENANCE JOB DELETES ORPHAN SNAPSHOTS UNEXPECTEDLY

Error description

• Spectrum Protect Plus maintenance job has logic to delete orphan
  snapshots. If some snapshots are marked as orphaned
  unexpectedly, the maintenance job still deletes them. The job
  log shows:
  
  CTGGA3129,Removing the orphaned snapshot(s) on live storage :
  spp_xxxx_xxxx_xx_xxxxxxxx
  
  As a result, it can incorrectly clean up valid snapshots.

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that Maintenance will skip orphan
  snapshot processing, to prevent unexpected deletion of snapshots
  of valid retention.
