IT44184: Uninstalling mqm.web.rte fileset on AIX may report non-zero exitstatus error even though directory has been removed

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following error is intermittently seen during the removal
  of the mqm.web.rte fileset on AIX:
  
  ERROR:  Removal of /usr/mqm/web  contents has completed with a
  non-zero exit status.
          ensure that installation directory "/usr/mqm/web" is
  empty.
  

Local fix

• Disregard the error if the files have been removed from the
  install directory

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error in the IBM MQ installer code for the AIX platform

Problem conclusion

• The uninstallation logic has been updated to correctly check if
  the files have been removed successfully before printing an
  error message.
