Error description

  • If an Integration Server has a default application configured
with Independent Resources deployed to it and this Integration
Server was migrated from a previous version using
mqsiextractcomponents then after applying release 12.0.9.0 the
following error may be seen when attempting to redeploy
    resources in the default application:
BIP1383 (IN.IS) The integration server has detected independent
resources in BAR file 'barfile.bar'' but no default application
name has been specified on server start-up.
The BAR file ''barfile.bar'' contains the independent resource
''resource''. IBM App Connect Enterprise no longer supports
    independent resources.
Use the --default-application-name parameter on integration
server start up to specify a default application name. After the
integration server has been restarted with this option, redeploy
    the BAR file.

Note that it is not supported to redeploy an application with
the same name as the default application over the top of the
    default application.
