Error description
The timestamp of the "Backup date" field in the "Restore" panel of the web user interface is incorrect when the time zone select for the host on which the IBM Spectrum Protect Backup-Archive Client runs in different from the time zone used by the IBM Spectrum Protect Server. Example : The time zone of the client system is set to GMT (UTC+0) and the server time zone is set to JST (UTC+9). A backup was taken at 09:00 AM on 06/23/2023 GMT which is 06:00 PM on 06/23/2023 JST on the server. The Web GUI will display an incorrect timestamp as "06/24/2023 03:00 AM". The expected timestamp to be displayed by the Web GUI is the one known to the server "06/23/2023 06:00 PM". The correct timestamp is seen in the output of the client command "dsmc restore" with the "-pick" option or the "dsmc query backup" command.
