Error description

• A clone restore of a VMware virtual machine fails when the
  vCenter is registered in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus with a
  password containing the '§' character.

Local fix

• - In the vCenter: change the password from the user that is used
  to register the vCenter to a password without '§'
  - Update the vCenter registration in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  with the new password
  - Run the restore again
