IT44040: PROMOTED PROPERTY CANNOT BE SET TO A BLANK VALUE

Error description

• When using a Promoted Property, if a Blank value is specified,
  the Blank value might not be taken into consideration leading to
  an Incorrect value being picked for that field. This is
  different to the IIB v10 behavior wherein a Blank Value
  specified for a Promoted Property is taken into account

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using a promoted property, if a blank value is specified
  for a field, then that blank value might not be taken into
  consideration leading to an incorrect value being picked for
  that field. This behaviour is different to the IBM Integration
  Bus v10 where a blank value specified for a promoted property
  was taking effect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified to take blank values into
  consideration for a promoted property.
