APAR status

Error description

  • When using the REST async nodes, if there is a failure, the
    message that gets propagated to the response's failure terminal
    doesn't include user context and Local Environment.

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM AppConnect Enterprise V12.0, V11.0 and IBM
    Integration Bus V10.1 using the REST Async Response node.
    
    
    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform, z/OS
    
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When a message is propagated to the Failure Terminal of the REST
    Async Response Node the User Context and Response information is
    not included in the LocalEnvironment Tree.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product now stores the User Context and Response information
    int he LocalEnvironment tree when propagating a message to the
    failure terminal of the REST Async Response Node.
