• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the version 8.1.17.2 and 8.1.19 Java GUI configuration tools,
  the "Domain List" field is not populated with the available file
  systems:
  
  
  In the Client Configuration Wizard, "Domain for Backup" page,
  the "Domain List" field is empty.
  
  
  In the Preferences Editor, "Backup" page, the "Domain List"
  field is empty.
  
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
  IBM Spectrum Protect Backup/Archive client 8.1.17.2 and 8.1.19
  on all supported platforms
  
  Additional Keywords:

Local fix

• Manually add the desired DOMAIN statement to the dsm.opt file
  (Windows) or dsm.sys file (UNIX and Linux)
  
  Any unmentioned file system will be excluded from any
  scheduled/manual backup operation
