Error description

• File nodes call renameFile java method on the files that it
  process. But the rename operation can intermittently fail on a
  Windows shared file system. A BIP3330E error may get logged in
  the system log file.

  encountered an I/O exception

Problem conclusion

• File Nodes now correctly rename the processed files.
