The IBM Spectrum Protect driver sets the timeout value to 16
minutes for the MOVE MEDIUM command to a Scalar 10K tape library
    on all platforms.

If there is a high workload on the Scalar 10K tape library this
timeout value is not enough to get the volume mounted.
This APAR is to increase the timeout value for the MOVE MEDIUM
on the IBM Spectrum Protect device driver.

    IBM Spectrum Protect versions Affected:

IBM Spectrum Protect Version 8.1.13.000 and above on all
supported platforms for ADIC Scalar 10 libraries emulated by a
    Fujitsu VTL

Additional Keywords: TS011328868 library drive mount hardware
    error VTL Scalar
