• Closed as change to accomodate OEM Vendor's code.

Error description

• App Connect Enterprise currently supports canonicalization
  algorithm type without comments only. The usage of the
  canonicalization algorithm with comments also needs to be
  supported.
  
  The WebSphere Application server equivalent APAR number is
  PI56836.

Problem conclusion

• IBM App Connect Enterprise now packages a version of
  com.ibm.jaxws.thinclient_8.5.0.jar which will allow users  to
  use the canonicalization algorithm with comments as well.
