Error description

  • When an Integration Server is configured to use embedded
    listener for SOAP and HTTP nodes, high CPU utilization is
    observed even when message flows are idle.  This is more evident
    when message flows are deployed with high number of additional
    instances and configured to start additional instances when flow
    starts.

    listener for SOAP and HTTP nodes

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When an Integration Server is configured to use embedded
    listener for SOAP and HTTP nodes, high CPU utilization is
    observed even when message flows are idle.  This is more evident
    when message flows are deployed with high number of additional
    instances and they are configured to 'start additional instances
    when flow starts'.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product has been modified such that the embedded listener no
    more causes high cpu utlization when message flows are idle.
